WHO WE ARE,  WHAT WE DO

We primarily invest proprietary equity capital for our own account, and our principals’ accounts, and, to a lesser extent we may sponsor and invest with our select limited partners, from time to time, certain real property limited partnership investments where our affiliated company serves as the general partner. While most real estate investment managers produce adequate results relying on their financial skills, our firm, in addition to its requisite financial acumen, is endowed with the additional advantage of specialized direct development experience with the actual physical real estate.  As investment managers with real-world development and project management experience, we can access opportunities and reduce development costs that securities investment managers cannot, thus providing a significant competitive advantage for our co-investment partners where skill and experience beyond finance theory are leveraged to increase asset value and return on investment.

CURRENT CYCLICAL FOCUS 

As contrarian value investors, our investment and development focus will naturally change with the economic, real estate, and capital cycles.  It is this complex cyclical interplay that makes us ultra-conservative, with our first principle being the preservation of capital by employing risk management techniques and investing with an adequate margin of safety.  Of the investments we do target, we have taken a very opportunistic stance as our targeted investment assets remain too highly valued thus we are not likely to deploy new capital in these areas unless a very attractive opportunity presents, and we are confident, based on our in-depth pre-acquisition due diligence, that such opportunities can weather the next phase of the cycles for these markets, macro-economic cycles, and other factors.  Nevertheless, we are always on the lookout for investment opportunities.  If you are an asset owner or manager looking to divest of real property or other real assets, we would like to hear from you.  Please visit our Contact Page to connect with us and start a conversation.

OUR HISTORY

Our firm's history began in 1993 as a consulting firm that developed computer networks and converted office buildings into networked smart buildings.  In 1997, we developed our first major call center.  In 1999, we began developing global fiber optic networks.   In 2010, we redomiciled our company to the state of Wyoming and reorganized as a holding company as we began to expand our operations.   To learn more about our history, from 1993 to 2010, and from 2010 to the current year, click here.
